Please read our return & refund policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Custom Order Rule

    All our pet clothes belong to handmade ethnic custom style products.

    Once the order is confirmed and production starts, we do not support unconditional return, order cancellation or full refund due to personal reasons.

  2. Eligible After-sales Situation

    We only accept after-sales requests under the following conditions:


  • Product quality problem
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Serious size error caused by our production

  1. Unacceptable Reasons for Return & Refund

    We do not accept return or refund for:

  • Personal dislike or style not as imagined
  • Improper size selection by customer
  • Pet refuses to wear or does not fit
  • Customer changes mind and wants to cancel order after production

  1. After-sales Time Limit

    Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after package delivery if you have any quality problem.

    We will not accept any after-sales request beyond the time limit.

  2. Solution for Qualified Problem

    For eligible quality problems, we will provide exchange, re-delivery or partial refund solution according to the actual situation.

    Full refund is not applicable for custom handmade products unless confirmed as serious quality fault by our verification.
